TRAINING GROUPS
Start with the group that best matches your current fitness level. As your training progresses, you can always move into a group that aligns with your evolving goals. Not sure where to start? Feel free to reach out to one of our coaches.
The foundation of our program is the 80/20 principle - 80% of our runs are run at a conversational pace and 20% dedicated to speed or tempo work after a solid base is established. This approach helps build endurance, prevent burnout and improves performance. Many of our runners achieve personal bests each season.
